Our compression boots and leg sleeves are designed by therapists and coaches with elite athletes in mind. Using pneumatic compression to help blood flow and circulation in the legs by mobilizing lactic acid, access fluids and other toxins.
We uses dynamic wave technology, pulsing compression up the limbs for the duration of the use. This helps promote faster recovery and ultimately improved sports performance.
How do i know which size tub to buy?
As a generally rule, anyone over 6ft would be more suited to a larger tub. This is down to personal preference. If you’re planning to using cold water therapy for longer than a few minuets then you should consider a large tub as this will allow you to extend your legs.
One of my items has arrived when can I expect the remaining items?
Our items are made and stored in various factories around the country. This means each item will arrive separately.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How much ice will I need to chill my ice bath?
This is dependant on the ambient air temperature. However, we do recommend freezing water in large plastic containers or bottles. This will save you money buying ice. Alternatively, we do offer an ice bath chiller but appreciate this is considerably more expensive than our original Ice Tub.
How long will my ice tub take to arrive?
All of our Ice Tubs are made to order and take up to 12 working days to arrive.
Can my tub be outside all year?
Yes, it’s of course. Our tubs can be left outside all year round. For longevity we do recommend keeping out of direct sunlight as this will discolour and weaken the plastic over time.
What is the recommended cleaning routine for my Ice Tub?
We recommend draining the water every 2-4 weeks and using soapy water to wipe the internal surfaces. Using our Ice Bath cleaning products to keep your water fresher for longer.
How often should I change the water in my Ice Tub?
This depends on how you’re using your Ice Tub. If one person is using the tub then changing the water can be between 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks can be achieved using our Ice Tub Cleaning tablets. If more than one person is using the tub we’d recommend changing the water every 7 days maximum.

Return and Refund
Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are not broken but that the customer wants to return because they have changed their mind about the purchase.
Some types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.
Note: After 30 days from the date of purchase, you are no longer eligible and cannot receive a refund.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your product within 30 days of receive it your items. There may be a delivery charge. Please contact us for more detail.
